Hello, I was looking for some help for places to go detecting with my 8 year old daughter that hasnt been picked over and over or full of trash We're new to the Sacramento area, looking for a fun place. Any ideas would be much appreciated for the feed back!! Thanks

The WPA guide was the writers project guide.During the depression the government hired all the out of work writers to travel state to state town to town to basically to gather the history of the community by legends ,folklore,stories,etc,etc,etc,Just about everything you can imagine is in it,battlefields to buried treasure stories.It goes street to street town to town,its a good read,you wont be disappointed.
