What the heck is this thing???

I got permission to hunt an old school building and one of my first finds was this piece of metal.. Any idea what it might be?

I have found something like it at an old home site. The one I found had what appears to be some type of clip or pin clip. I will take some photos and post for you. Nice find what ever it is...

That is a two piece belt type clip. Someone else found so,ething very similar recently. It is from a woman, a fancy belt type clasp.

Yep, exactly. In fact so,ething similar to that, different shape but a butterfly was found on he show diggers.
