question about possible sites

Hello everyone, for those of you in northern va, what do you think the chances of finding any relics in Haymarket would be How about in Linden Va near Apple mountainBoth places are near civil war sites and was just currious if anyone has detected near either place and came up with anything good before...Thanks.

I've hunted house sites in Linden that produced some nice bottle privy's and coins. Most of our digs were just East of the Apple house , off RT 55. Also after you pass the Apple House headed towards Front Royal, that road to your right that goes by the chicken coops, theres a house there betwwen the coops and the A.H that has a stone chimney...well its CW period and we only scratched around it a little. Haymarket is also a good area....suggest going to the local court house and get a copy of the county maps that date back to the beginning of Haymarket would be a good start. If all else fails there sure is some good fishing in that neck of the woods, lol. Good Luck
