Well that has all the rite shape for a Pestle which is a type of grinding stone. I would need to see the very bottom on the fat end. Never mind I see it in the first pic. If it was used for a grinder it would be very smooth and flat.

Ok.. I've scan through most of your posts.. and sorry to say I really didn't see anything of value if thats what your looking for. Thou I can't say there may not be any value from your point of view.. the rocks are just common river rocks.. or as you've indecated found in the creak/forst.. Your getting the hang of it.. and only time will tell what you'll really find. Take for instance our day trip to Liberty Reservoir that past Sat.. (Posted topic in this area) which I've found several rocks and posted images of them.. I'll be listing what they are and hope to post videos of the long walk back into the forest in order to find these samples.. Making documatons like this can help you learn about the areas your exploring..

green stones are serpentine nodules.

Try scratching the green ones with a knife, if it scratches - serpentine. (good thought, Turkish!)
If not your PROBABLY looking at epidote or greenstone.

I think it's lighting in-house. Those pieces are yellow to brown.
