could be colemanite. Though it looks milkier than the samples in my book. The other? I'm with you. ?? I can't really see what the structure is.

Why do you think it's colemanite?

Hardness? Acid test? First thought is calcite from that picture.

Do a streak- and hardness test on the second one. (or if you got a spare piece to try on - else do it somewhere not so easily visible)

The reason I thought it's colemanite is because of the area it is from.

The first one I think is calcite. The second is hematite. Below is a specimen of hematite similar to your specimen. Great finds
