Can anyone id?

I found this in an arrowhead field southern indiana. Does anybody know what type of rock it is and maybe why it looks the way it does with rings? Natural or hand done? Any help is appreciated.

Your item kind of looks like a carnelian colored Agate nodule (bubbly shapes on exterior and possibly on the inside).
