What could this be?

This is a mineral that was found here in the Philippines. It has a greasy feel and is soft. It also looks like it can be made into sheets. An older man told me that someone traded 3 bags full of this mineral for a car. What could it be? It looks similar to this mineral I found here > Mineral Specimen No. 61212 for sale of Actinolite and Talc over Clinochlore from Wenatchee Ridge, 16 km. northwest of Merritt, Chelan County, Washington. < But I'm not sure it's a match. What could it be?

Try scratching it with a knife, do you get a scratch? Also, try getting better pics. Is it a greenish colour?

If you answer a "yes" to both, perhaps serpentine.

So you can scratch it with your finger nail? Talc is that soft.
