Some help on ID?

I have 4 rocks that I need help with if possible. The bigger blue one I found at a garage sale in a bin of rocks. It is very hard, I can scratch glass with it, and I cannot scratch the rock with a drill bit. It looks kind of like obsidian, but it's ocean blue with super deep blue swirl-like lines in it. I see small chips in it, so maybe it's brittle? It has a rough, hole ridden side on it too, with some kind of pale-green material on those holes (also very hard)
The white one I traded with one of my friends, and he said he found it in a river bed. It has a dull white color to it, and on a flat spot of it, there is a gray-green dot in the middle. It looks kind of like an egg? I can scratch it with my multi tool.
The smaller blue one I found in northwestern Washington, in a garden. It is very light, soft (I can scratch it with my nail), and it can float on water. It has small, yellow crystals on one side, and on the back it has matt black. It also has a little bit of white strips on the front.
The small black one I found in Oregon, it feels a lot like the small blue one, but much, much harder. It is very light, but does sink in water. The black parts of it are soft, I can scratch them with my nail, but the whit parts of it are strangely resilient. I can scratch the white with a drill bit, but not my multi tool.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks! #1 Glass slag.
#2 Difficult to say, I've seen similar limestones.
#3. First thought was greenstone, but your description kinda defies that. I'd like better pictures, please.
#4. Limestone/Calcite?

Here are some more pics of rock #3 I broke off a little corner of it, and the inside looks like it has holes in it.

The looks of it suggest its a bit of slag however if it was found in Oregon it could be an unusual bit of pumice. Like the others I find it hard to say.
