Rock or Glass?

Found this on our regular beach glass hunt, but is this Quartz? We find glass that looks melted or something else, but I'm thinking rock. What do you think?

I believe that the light Lime greenish colored stone in pics 1 thru 3 is probably Quartz but it sort of favors a cloudy, river/stream or wave action tumbled Peridot. The stuff in pic #4, I am sure you know and posted the pic to show that most of them are colored pieces of glass which have also been tumbled in the same manner.
