Small Crystal Clusters?

Why do all my threads have question marks? Sorry. Habit when extremely unsure on a topic- like any rock/mineral. Civil War buff, might be a lot less tepid there!

These are from here in PA, I'm guessing the experts will recognize them as common here. The close-up is from a crack in one rock, can't find the photo of the entire thing, rats! Just love them- sometimes they'
re yellowish most frequently clear. Haven't found any really large ( as in by the crystals themselves ) ones yet. They've all been these smaller crystals in clusters.

If there are small clusters like these, is it likely there are larger crystals or do these tend to form just a certain size - if this is what's here, then that is what the area tends to produce?
