Tourmaline Maybe?

So the story goes... I've literally been tripping over this rock for months while I was building a shed. Finally I kicked it out of the way and it first I though the bottom had a bunch of frozen dirt on it. But then noticed it seemed to be more mineral like. Seems a lot like some tourmaline I have found with quartz in the area. Those cryslas are usually pretty small though, like pencil lead size. Any thoughts? Hopefully the photos give you the gist. Thanks.

Looks more like fluorichterite. I think I spelled that right. Where n Canada. Lots of this north of Toronto in a specialized area.
