Help identifying Greenish/Blue Rocks?!

Greenish/Blue rocks found on a riverbed in Northern Albania struggling to identify, help would be appreciated! Thanks!

The second stone may be serpentine, the luster and smoothness. But both might be a form of fine grain granite as well. Hard to tell.

Serpentine certainly is a good guess, a knife will scratch serpentine. Test it.
