Caleb, there is no way to tell from a picture, could be diamond, could be glass etc. All you can do is have it tested.

Diamond test instruments are inexpensive - check Amazon.

They're so simple, even a child could use them.

Very true, some time ago I bought a Diamond/Gem tester from Gemlogis, Deepseeker is right, "Even a child could use them", I know that because how often has my wife said, "What are you, like twelve years old?"

Take it to a jewelry store and ask them, if it is indeed a diamond they can test it tell you. Don't hold your breath though.....

Last time I took something to the jeweler he pulled the palmer trick on me. Then the same visit he says his wife jeered to test a 40ct ruby that had not heat treated and also wasn't as dirty as the one they gave me back. It was shot. But what was I to do? I've just never went to another jewler for anything period. They're crooks. At least these were. Not all are

We live and learn. Thank God
True, if you take it to someone who actually knows diamonds you will never learn they are not diamonds.

Sorry Caleb, but yes it is. I took your photo and flipped it both horizontally and then vertically to see what you thought. Again, yes, this is a copy of "YOUR" picture from this thread. Not everything is going to be a diamond. Here is a link to a site that might help you.

https://www.livescience.com/29172-how-to-test-a-diamond.html

This is but one of many, and with all the diamonds you are finding, these pointers should help you out.
