Gold Recovery?

I am not sure if this is the right place for these questions but here we go.

I am looking for info about recovering gold from plated jewlery, computers and etc. What to buy gold wise and how much to pay for it.

Is there any info for free online about it? Everything i look at online seems to want a bunch of cash.

What books are good on the subject?

Do any of you recover gold and have any advice on what i need tog et started?

I second the gold refining forum, a lot of good info and experts in the field.
Dont pay for anything, most of those guys have never done it, just selling info they found somewhere. Some is incorrect yet published as true.
