Beach & Shallow Water Hunting
Corrosion kills, breaks down the metal to a non-conductive state. If still wet then causes shorts. Result is a not good. If it is just the potentiometers they can be replaced easily.
If on the boards probably won't last or even start up. Clean with batteries removed, dry for a couple weeks.

You are missing the silicon, orange, o-ring seal.

Looks like it has had a salt water dunking. You can try replacing the potentiometers then test it out.

Wish you good luck with this one. Doesn't look too good.

Yes.....Moister pack got damp, caused corrosion..green.............I have seen saltwater turn copper wiring green, black, and a rusty looking powder.
