Kellyco minelab nokta turn around time?

Sent a 705 for a speaker problem and nokta coil with broken ears, it has been more than12 days since they got it with no news from them, ive called CS left msgs and callback info just to tell them if they need any help troubleshooting, should ive be worried or give them another week?

If you sent stuff how much time it took them to send it back?

Im not trying to start a hate thread just curious of your past exp time frame regarding a fix

You said you called CS, did you call Minelab, the repair center is Minelab, it is just physically located in Kellyco. Call Minelab and find out the status.

FYI 12 days is not that long when you add weekends into the equation.

I called CS they gave me a # to call a person, ive been calling him leaving msg but no response from him, i know they are very busy but like you said if 12 days are not enough ill give them other week

You must mean they boxed it Saturday, Kellyco doesn't ship on Saturdays.

I dont know but the told me that they finish fixing them and were put for shipping on sat, anyways saturday or monday im happy that i finally was able to get an update

Btw this is my first kellyco-minelab-nokta repair experience as so far it has been a great one, even they are a big company they were fast
