Yeah, it appears that they are only using dirty methods for containment and cleanup.
And the other methods, such as cut up tires, knotted pieces of rope, and golf balls ALL don't seem to be much better of a solution.
There are better alternatives that can be used, but they aren't using them... wonder why....
