Oceanograpica, Ltd. has a web site offering the possibility to purchase "claims" = reserving areas of ocean bottom beneath the Gulf Stream, to be searched by the company with recovery of what may be found if it warrants the recovery. The "claim holder" can share in what is found. It costs only 10 € (about $ 13.00)
The site hasnt been released or no press releases yet. The guys involved have been doing this for years... just not financing it this way. Instead of getting a few millionaires... they are getting millions of people with a few dollars to contribute.
