    Any treasure around the Cayman Islands?


    I'm going to the Cayman Islands towards Oct 2005... Wanted to know if anyone knew any good wrecks, or info/lists of wrecks waiting to be discovered.

    I've never been to the Cayman Islands before... And all of the websites I tend to find are tailored to the tourist.

    There is no salvage allowed in the Cayman's. I found several wrecks in the 1980's, and each time the gov't made a park or refuge in the area. No one is allowed to salvage, not even the Caymanians.

    So legally you cant salvage or the gov steals the sites, locks u out, exced ....
