Gray Ghost Amphibians - anyone scuba with these?

Was curious to know if anyone Scuba's with these?

I'm thinking of changing out my Sea Hunter 2 stock H/phones, but was concentred about depth?

I read 30ft is no issue but wanted to ask if anyone went deeper and how they perform generally?

The manufacturer states that they only tested them to 30ft, but that they may be good for deeper. I'd e-mail Detector Pro and ask them what they think. Perhaps you could get a demo pair for testing from them, I'm sure they would like to know if they were good at deeper depths.

Gary from Detector pro is very sharp, you can call him he has a detector shop Hudson metal detectors I think? I understand what you are saying about the Seahunter its as if the sounds seem faint, once you use an Aquapulse you expect the scream each time but dont get it with the Garret, there is a guy on this forum that adapts the Grey Ghosts for U/W use and you may ask Gary for a set of his old ones from the first U/W machines he has, I know he is launching a new unit soon which is all built into the headset, NOT like the old ones that flooded this is entirely sealed unit that recharges and does not take individual batteries...ask him for help I am sure he will help or ask for a guy called Bill who was a dealer for Gary he makes custom units Gary will have his number - good luck!
