After midnight, at the start of July 1st, we had 75-85+ mph winds up here, while the hurricane still was spinning around the Florida area. Trees 3 ft in diameter were uprooted and many thrown on top of houses. Good news is it missed us by the distance of a 5 minute drive by car, probably only 65-70 mph at home.
