TRIAL?!!

Way too early for any kind of Trial on this matter. First thing that will happen is "Requests for Production of Documents" and "Interrogatories". Those will demand all the relevant information... and of course will be picked apart and objected to by Odyssey's attorneys. That will be followed by some Motions to compel the production, and likeley a hearing on the merits as to the validity and reasons the information is requested.

This early in the game... the attorneys can easily stretch it out 5 or 6 months before Spain's attorneys ever get a small hearing on the merits. It probably won't go that long before we get some info,... but a trial, or really anything of significance, is a long way off. Look at the San Jose... its been over 20 years in that matter and still no real decision.

But... as soon as something happens, we'll probably hear about it hear very soon after
