Plans for building underwater hand held blower, would love to buy!!

Hi all just wondering if anyone has plans that they want to sell so that I can make an underwater hand held blower from a small trolling motor? I am more than willing to buy it from you because I use a dpv and it works great but battery doesn't last too long! Also, it is leaking on me right now so I need to figure it out. Or I am willing to pay for someone to make me one. Hope to hear from all of you soon! Thanks for everyones help and happy holidays! Aloha
