First of all, is it even silver? I'm in doubt because of the low price I bought it for. Second, does anyone recognize the mark? Thanks for looking =D

I read EPM, which would be Electro Plated Metal.

If so, no silver, sorry!

I searched Google and found the silver plate mark (towers/castle) is used by the Corbell & Company. Take a look at Corbell & Co. founded in London in 1946 - moved to US in 1951 - still around in Scottsdale, AZ). Also just like namxat noted - I also found reference to "EPM" as Electro Plated Metal...
