It is a sea-salvaged cob as evidenced by the corrosion on the cross side. Based on the scale of the bezel and cob, I would guess that it is an 8 reales. You would have to weigh it to be sure. It was minted in Potosi and the assayer is Agustin de la Quadra who held the office from 1613 - 1616.

A popular known fake. In this version of a cast of a copy, they didn't quite eliminate all the letters of "Copy". 2 picture (cross side) - starting at 4 o'clock and going to 5 o'clock are the letters "op" of copy.
