Where do I go to get my CZ-6 repaired/calibrated

I have an old CZ-6 quicksilver from when they first came out. its not the CZ-6A. Anyway, it seems to have a mind of its own, it doesn't tune in right or something, I cant describe it. I can get it to work but it is a struggle at times. I read somewhere on this site that sending it to fisher is not the thing to do, again, I cant explain what their problem is. it seems that someone bought them out and its not the same Fisher. Is there anyone or any repair shop that has it together and can fix these machines?
I love this detector and I have taken excellent care of it over the years.

Fisher Laboratories was acquired by First Texas Products of El Paso Texas decades ago.

They proudly manufacture Fisher products including the CZ3d - basically the same detector as yours.

Contact them at. 1-800-685-5050. They will be happy to service your etector for a very reasonable charge - Ask for Felix - tell him Rick Kempf said you should call (it won’t change the excellent service you get, but it will please my tender ego!).
