THIS IS FOR DETECTORISTS IN THE USA

I don't want to step on any toes by posting a link on this forum (got warned in the past), but I will tell you that there is an EXCELLENT search tool if you google:

"Steve's Old, Vacant Property Metal Detecting Tool"

The page should come up #1 or #2 on a google search. If someone else wants to post that link here, then fine. I just didn't want to get in trouble with this sites admin.

I been doing this in reverse for years ,"Write down the Address " Google & a Zillow listing will usually pop up.
Then just go from there .
Putting in a date-era to search never occurred ....., Well it has I just did not know how to do it.

You know there were 3 vacant houses across the road from me built in 1965 (so I did not hunt them) but in 2012-13 they listed for $80-$90.000 now they sell for $200-$250.000.

WOW! As they say it takes money to make money + a little luck.
P.S. These homes were never fixed up either.
