I have the Omega with standard elliptical coil and I also bought the elliptical DD coil. I never used a 5" coil but I know it's an advantage in trashy soil. Is yours a DD coil
and what did you pay for it?

I'm not sure, it's the oblong one. I will say the 5" is so so nice in a trashy area. Daylight and Dark.

I've got the 11" biaxial coil omega. Just sold an Omega with the elliptical concentric. So far I don't like the 11" biaxial on the Omega, it's just all over the place and targets don't seem to lock on very well. Also emi is killer at anything above 50-60 anywhere in city limits I've tried to use it. The stock concentric runs much better imo.

I hunts lots of trashy areas and the 10" was driving me nuts. Ghost toned really bad. I may have had the sensitivity up to much??

From what little I've used the Omega, I'm finding that it is easy to over drive it by going up above 70-80 on the sensitivity.
