I am living in East Ridge, TN. Just down the road a piece from Chattanooga.

Its a couple hundred yards from the new bridge on Interstate 24.

Be careful where you park. Plus it is gun season right now so wear some orange and stay away from the creek in the bottom it is flooded. Be safe!!
All the old bridge foundations are still there……… They are below the new tracks coming around Aetna Mtn
