I can't agree more then what was stated by pinenut, I have to do this to get at those deeper objects I am looking for, especially when the ground is partial moist. I have tryed lessing my sensitivity mentioned by Terry worked for me at 8 did loose some depth not lots did turn it up to 9.5 as seen I was loosing depth but found better negative GB worked for me and I was on my way, but my soil is not highly mineralize but moist. Think I found my sweet spot though in areas using my 5.75 con. Great advise guys, will listen more when I get my headphones next with the Tuning now on my Vaq

I read this with great anticipation.

My new (to me) black Vaq arrives today.

I am heading out on Saturday morning to my favorite site to give it a go.

To teach myself how it talks, I will be taking the CTX out at the same time to compare signals.

I will even take a video!
