I had the chance to search an old amusement park today. Was not a good experience.

the ground was so hard packed and just under the ground was a plethora of old concrete and rebar.

I was very excited before arriving but after an hour it just didnt appear to be worth it. Unless, I quit too early

I am not sure it is worth the issues. The park existed from the 1940s to late 70s early 80s.

I will have an opportunity to go back .. but i think i will wait until the dozers start scrapping.

Thoughts?

Dang. That is about how my experience is here in southern AZ. The ground is so dang hard. I have been sticking to parks that have grass to make the digging more enjoyable for the time being.
