I saw this yesterday on dallasnews.com.
Dallas is one city council vote away from the Riverfront Boulevard makeover introduced in 2010 | Dallas Morning News
It looks like in May construction will begin if everything is approved. This is right outside the center city.
Once the dirt is disturbed, could be easy searching.
Now getting permission, may not be easy at all, but maybe a night visit or weekend visit is in store.
Just wanted to post to let everyone know.
