Some over looked 80% silver from Germany

Found this yesterday at an indoor Flea Market. It's a cup & saucer made by a German silversmith named Adolf Kander. I'm out on business til maybe Saturday this week and I don't have my scale, but it feels kinda hefty for it's size. It's definitely worth more in silver weight then I got it for. I'll post the total weight when I get home.

I cleaned and weighed it when I got home. Not a bad price for 144.6 grams of 80% alloy silver. That's a tad over 3.7 Troy ounces of pure silver at a tenth the price of spot, but I'll never scrap this piece, as I collect this kind of stuff.

It says Thompson Guide Knife on the blade. Also marked Soligen, so it's German made. I'm thinking it's around circa mid 60s early 70s ? Has a 4" locking blade and goes just about every where I go for a long time now. More than 20 years I'm thinking it's been put in my pocket.
