Dear Tnet experts:

Picked up a nice Smith Corona Typewriter with serial number dating to 1954. While I was messing with the sticky keys I was sort of listening to Youtube. Instructions were to soak in alcohol for two hours and recheck. Ok I can do that, so after two hours of soaking in about 10 gallons of alcohol I get out of the tub go check and the keys were still sticky. What else should I try?

If you're insisting on soaking in alcohol, may I suggest using Jack Daniels. It might not work on the typewriter but it will sure do a number for you =)
