Good morning everyone. I have been a lurker in this thread for a long time and this will be my first post. I have a few finds I’d like to share and get some opinions on. Thanks for looking in advance!

First of is this painting or print not sure which it is. I figured some one had it framed so it was worth more than the $1 I spent. I have done a little research but haven found a good selling price. Some advice would be nice. The frame does have a little damage.

The back shows what they labeled it as

Next I found these I think they may be silver but I’m not sure of the markings. They look and sound like it. From what I found they are Turkish coffe pots?

Looks like some great stuff! I love that tie clip!!

I have a really hard time telling Sterling silver when it's unmarked, and most of the time Sterling is actually marked. After a bunch of misses, I just stick to stuff that I can find a Sterling or 925 mark unless I have a really strong feeling, the price is right or I love the piece.

Look at the painting/print under a loupe and you’ll know which one it is right away. Paint is unmistakeable.

art is a print by scott westmoreland. he does a lot of beach and surfing scenes. his canvas prints sell online for about $20.

measuring/warming/coffee/tea cups (i have never gotten a satisfactory answer on what the heck those things are supposed to be for) are russian, the one logo i cant find, other says made in soviet union. line below that is likely factory code for when and where. likely cold war era. hard to tell from pic, but likely silver plated brass

no idea really, just know they are russian CCCP = USSR. imo most soviet products I have encountered are well made. Not always pretty, but they are quality products for their intended purpose. Because of the anti-Soviet tendencies in the US during the cold war there was not a lot of demand for Soviet goods so they are sparse in this country, and there is currently demand for them.

Don’t forget to look for 800, 830 Silver marks and also research world silver hallmarks. I have one store in particular that only sells marked Sterling or 925 items. I load up on the other silver items they sell as plated.
