Need help with watch

Hey guys I need with this watch. I’m tempted to get it but the thrift store wants $100 for it. Any help would be appreciated. It is very heavy but looks like would need a new face. Unknown if it operates as well.

It appears to be a rockyford watch.

Rockford. This one looks well worn. A perfect gold-filled similar Rockford watch sold on ebay for $2900. Can't help you on the value of this one.

That’s what I thought also. It defiantly did not seem like $100 watch. It sure was heavy though.
