Coral cameo bracelet in jewelry mixed bag

This bracelet came as part of a $20 junk jewelry bag at a thrift store. Looks interesting but unfortunately it needs to be fixed. I think it may be a coral Greek cameo bracelet. Any info. on value or other information is appreciated.

Have you tested the metal and is it gold? A quick search shows prices that would make yours one of the finds of the year if genuine.

The carving indicates a high quality piece. Might be 9kt continental gold.

Without seeing it in person, to me the cameos look like they're molded out of some synthetic material. Are there any markings on the back?

Heres what I would do if this is real Coral and gold. I would find a jeweler to take all the carved faces and turn them into separate pendants. Take off all the side links and add one on top for a necklace. I wouldn’t think $200-300+ each would be a crazy number.
