My oldest coin & first 950 ring!

I was able to detect my sisters house.. It was built in the early to mid 1900's... I found 11 wheat pennies. One from 1912, my oldest coin yet! Another from 1918, a few from the 20's and more from the 50's. I also found this ring. It says 950 inside the band. So I thought it might be platinum, but it feels kind of light. Not sure. I also found a few tokens and this coin that says Rockefeller Center and has the New York State Seal on it...

I was hoping to hit silver,but had no luck.... I may have to go back and try....
Anyone know anything about these coins, ring or tokens.... Please feel free to chime in...

That ring's going to be silver, judging by the quality of the settings, but I've never seen a 950 silver marking.

Very nice finds. The ring is .950 =95% silver and Jade ring. Just google it and check out the jade jewlry sections.

yeah it definitely is silver..950 is a higher grade of sterling silver... I found a serving dish once that was marked 950/1000

950 sells higher then 925 sterling so make sure they don't rip you off ,if you sell it..you'll get 5-10% more for 950
