AHHH pennys,clad and tokens

Burrrr I say it 31 degrees out today and I had to stop at my mother new house shes renting. Good old house built in the early part of the century small to 30 X 30 and a huge yard to go with and lots of potental for later this spring. Did a fast 45 min detecting and just got two tokens and lots of pennys and clad. Well thats it just finally got my token I wanted but wrong town but thats good for me. The star one no clue what that is maybe a play token ??. The other says John Biller/ Carroll Iowa /Good for 5 Cents in Trade.

I was thinking maybe playdo piece or something around like that but no idea on it. It does have a reeded edge like a qtr. Thanks for the other idea though
