My first find ever

Well I just started getting into to this, and I went on my first hunt. I only came back with one item. It's was a civil war bullet. A 3 ringer like I see on here all the time, But this one is not just the bullet, it's the cartrige and all. It's never been fired. I'll try to post a picture of it later. I was just wondering if this is common because I've never seen one unfired. thanks for listening.
