hibernia!!!

hi all!! went to a spot were i found the king george copper last year and tweaked my machine a little and came up with a 1723 hibernia farthing at 11 inches. about a foot away i found the cufflink about 9 inches. also a ring. had a good day. willy

sweet coin,now that is a old coin.I don't know what I would do if I found a coin like that.
I have found one half cent and one large cent and you can't read either date.Both of them
coins were found on a battlefield.So I just might have to start looking around old home sites.
Congrats on a great find.

Good dig for sure. I've found many Brit. Georgies and 1760s/70s Irish, but never a Woods Hibernia.

Agreed, not seen many of these. I have none in my collection of Irish copper.
