I dont believe in pinpointers. Or hand held shovels. I pop the plug and go, its easy for me. Ive found maybe two bottlecaps in the last year.

That's why I don't have one. ;D

You might have to work on that grammar ole, parts of your message are hard to understand. :-\

I also prefer older but don't have permission on any older sites at the moment. :dontknow:
Working on it. :icon_thumright:

civil war hunter,
Only when hunting in turf or similar where the hole has to be some what neat a pinpointer can help, but generally about relic hunting you don't need one.

I should elaborate my statement.
when hunting pasture or similar often the farmer doesn't care to much about neat holes as long as they are filled in properly.
(my favourite relic hunting ground BTW) but in a park a neat plug is more or less a must.

agreed, I don't have time for pinpointers (personally), just takes to long when looking for the good stuff. ie. I need to get the rubbish in my pouch in 3 seconds

3 Secs is darn fast, 30 secs for me is more realistic.
