After a busy day...

Spent a few hours hunting at a park with a detecting club I belong to, working the haunches.? Got 5 silver coins, including a Washington quarter, 3 Merc. dimes, and a Roosie.? All of these were planted by the club of course, but I also managed to dig 3 incidental wheat pennies, the oldest of which is 1938 S.? Not bad for a free hunt.

Then in the evening I spent several hours near the water, working the hamstrings and digging LOTS of targets!? So I will be stiff for a few days, but it was worth it.? Here are pictures of the keepers...

I'll be back in a day or so to see if I can locate the other half of that bracelet. I would have looked for it but didn't realize at the time what that piece was when I found it. Still, it has somewhere between $20 and $30 worth of gold in it!
