KKC(KirkKyleChris) got out for a hunt on Saturday and it proved to be a good one. We all got one large copper. On the top of the ridge, I got a jumpy reading that pinpointed at 5". I plucked this beauty from the side of the hole. This site was fun to search, considering most of the good signals were coppers.

We are going to be seeking permission for a new Colonial farm this coming week. Thanks for viewing, guys!

Keep the passion high!

Kirk

That is one of the nicer large cents! Congrats on a great find! We don't them out west, or at least I've never heard of any being found.

Kirk,
Very nice LC buddy. :hello2: You three are unbelievable with finding the old coppa.
If I don't find one soon down here in NC, I'll be taking a trip up north an invading your fields. I'll dress up like a cow though so I blend in without you guys knowing. Mooooooooooooooo. :tongue3: :laughing9:
Congrats you big coppa dog you. :icon_thumleft:

Dug,

You had me laughing super hard. Don't worry, my friend, once you get into those NC fields this fall, you will be digging coppers...no doubt! You must seek permission for some Colonial farms. I can't wait to see what you dig in those relic fields.

Great LC nephew. Now that I know the Copper hunt was successful for you how goes the house hunt?
Uncle

The one I told you about that is only 30 minutes from where we detect looked good and we are pursuing it further. :icon_thumleft:
