So you claimed a ring that was not yours from the lost and found? ???
on all expensive stuff that is lost at the business. like wallets, credit cards, purses, jewelry are kept in a safe place untill claimed by the owners. and the boss and me are the top dogs.. so after almost two years this ring has sat, and no one has come asking. so i asked the boss if he still wanted to keep it around, and he said take it. so now it is in a better place, and so no harm no foul.

Reminds me of the Andy Griffith show where Opie found the wallet with cash in it and Andy gave it 7 days for the owner to come in and claim it. I'm sure you all seen it. 2yrs. is plenty of time for something to be claimed. I'm with you on this one Mr. Tuff

Nice ring.

That raises a good question. What happens to all the stuff in variousl lost and found locations when no one claims the items?

Ray S

I got a nice vintage Gibson Les Paul guitar (worth more than $1200) from someone who worked as a repo man for an auto finance company. It was in storage and was getting tossed with all the other unclaimed goodies.
