Finally got my first 1800's coin

Hit a yard in my neighborhood someone was tearing up to lay gravel on. Did ok. Got a 1911 V nickel, 1914 Wheat, 1918 S Wheat, 1927 S Wheat, 1929 D Wheat, and a 1944 S Wheat. Also pulled out what looks liek to be a baby ring. I dont think its gold and the ston is missing. And the 1882 Indian Head. The IH is ugly but its good looking to me!!! Thanks for looking.

Congrats on your oldest it looks in pretty good shape really it was worn when dropped it looks like.

Nice finds! Congrats on getting into the 1800's. the Utah ground seems pretty good to both the nickel and cent there. Hopefully there is more for you at that site.

Took me four hours in my mother in law's yard. Found an 1899 IH about 4 inches down with a bounty hunter 505 I had gotten that day for Christmas...didn't break into the 1800's again until 6 months later when I got my MXT...and only have a total of 3 1800's coins! They are right though...good things will come now that you have broken that barrier...just research research research!

Thanks for the comments guys. That was the only time i could get out there. He had the yard covered in gravel after we were done hunting it. As for breaking into the 1700's, that will be hard to do in Utah but im damn sure going to try!
