I think Dad wanted to get his fix before going away tomorrow, so we tried a 1/2 acre game strip which is one field away from 1 of the Roman Sites we discovered this year.
Sadly it was our worst 2.5 hours this year, but crosses it of the list for future.

19th Century Pewter Medallion with some kind of Religious scene but too battered to see much..
1 Scrappy
1 bird ring
1 button
Copper piece with bird on it

Hopefully I'll do better tomorrow, if Shaun7 decides to pitch up..

No, covered the whole area, I will never do that piece of the field again. It was very close to an 18th century house as well as the Roman Site. Needed to be tested at this time of year with nothing else going

That pretty much says it all folks, the UK is hunted out. :laughing7: Kidding there but your still found a relic older than my state. Maybe when I retire I can make it over there and by that time they will have a detector that goes super deep and digs targets itself. :dontknow:

at times like this, its counts as intelligence building, even a blank is a result (saves time during the better months)

I wish I could go to sleep & wake up after harvest ;D

I also lost the post of Cru.....
Nice button and a penalty Medallion (Your farmer leaves too many fertilizers on the land and destroy the relics) you have to immediately recover 100.0000 relics of their area. ;D
Greetings!
