found this a couple days ago *1778 schiling*

i found this at a yard sale in a $1 ben, it says 1 schilling hambvrger covrant 1778, on the reverse it has wat looks like a castle and under the "castle" it says O.H.K., it is about the size of a dime and very thin. i do knot know any thing other than wat i told u, i am 99% sure it is silver. any ideas on the value of it or country or any iformation, tryed to do some research but i found nothing,

It couldnt hurt... I'm sure someone could ID it. I came across something onlinethat described the markings on your coin... but it was all in German with no real information about the coin itself. I think it was some sort of library info.

This similar coin below selling for a nice price :)

the google convetion thing that one comes out to be $11,077.48 us
