Found today a 1967 Panama cent hmmmm!

I was detecting a school close to me that I like to hunt and found my first foreign coin a 1967 Panama cent. I thought this was sort of unusual considering it was at a school in the US but then again you never know what you might find.

Haven't seen one of those since I served there back in the 80's. They did use American currency quite a lot too but I do have some of the coins stashed away somewhere.

Thanks for posting this - it brought back some good memories.
