I finally got out after my much needed vacation...Went to a site that dates to early 1700's...My buddy pulled some nice buckles there,I posted them on here last week...All the finds were incredibly deep, I'd say most digs were 8 to 11 inches...I found a worn 1694 William and Mary..A nice 1738 George half penny...A nice little 1749 farthing...And a beatup GeorgeII early head..Buttons were scarce..Only dug a couple ??? I did find one chape and tiny buckle frame..Thanks for looking...Brian W

Your site is giving you coppers but no coins. My site is exactly the opposite, buttons and no coins! Wanna trade sites ;D

I dug a 1694 William and Mary halfpenny 2 years ago. It is my oldest coin to date. You should be proud of all those Colonial digs. :icon_thumleft:

Nice finds Brian. Too bad about the William and Mary copper being so worn. They are exceptionally nice coppers in that you get two Monarchs on one coin and are without a doubt one of my favorite coppers of all. Congrats
